
NEW LONDON, CT — New London Superintendent of Schools Manual Rivera announced that he plans to retire within the next two to three months.
Rivera has been with the school system for two and a half years.
"I sincerely thank New London Public Schools and the community for all of your support from day one until my decision this past week," he said in a letter.
