New London Teen Reported Missing; Police Ask For Help
A 14-year-old was reported missing Tuesday.
NEW LONDON, CT — Police are asking for the public's help in locating an endangered runaway. Carlos Roldon, 14, was reported missing Tuesday.
He is 5'02" and weighs 180 lbs. He was last seen wearing a blue Grasso sweatshirt and tan pants.
