NEW LONDON, CT – State police arrested a woman last week suspected of sleeping, eating and showering in a home that was not hers back in April.

The couple who owned the Lyme home said they found Sandra Torres-Vazquez, 28, of New London under the covers of an upstairs bed, who told them she lived at the house with her husband, according to The Day. She then proceeded to take a shower.

Police arrived on the scene and said they found Vazquez with bloodshot eyes and sent her to a medical center in Westbrook after she claimed she was pregnant, according to The Day. She will appear in court again on Sept. 2.
