NEW LONDON, CT — A New London woman won $10,006 playing the CT Lottery. Kimberly Weber won playing KENO.
She purchased the lucky ticket Monday at Sully's Mobil Mart in New London.
The Connecticut Lottery only publishes names of people who win $10,000 or more, which officials claim is quite common.
