NEW LONDON, CT - Carey E. Redd II has been hired as New London's Director of Parking, a position city officials recently created.
New London had been contracting out oversight of its parking to ProPark, reports The Day.
Redd will manage the administration of the New London Parking Authority and its lots, including those on Green and Tilley streets.
