NL Police Arrested Gaskins In Jail On New Sexual Assault Charges
Corriche Gaskin, 35, was arrested in a Bridgeport lockup, where's he's been held on $500,000 bond, on a new set of sexual assault charges.

BRIDGEPORT, CT—New London Police arrested Corriche Gaskin at the Bridgeport Correctional Center on an active arrest warrant on sexual assault and risk of injury charges.
Police said the charges are "in association" with the ongoing investigation involving Gaskin, 35, and "criminal activity with youth" he was while employed as a Climate Specialist with the New London public school system.
Police charged him with two counts of second-degree sexual assault and two counts of risk of injury to a minor.

The Day reported the new charges are in connection with what police said were the sexual assaults of "at least two minors and of secretly recording the encounters."
Court records show one of the incidents of sexual assault is alleged to have occurred in March 2016. The other authorities say happened in June of 2017.

Gaskin is also alleged to have had sex at Bennie Dover Jackson Middle School with two female teachers. He was initially charged with one count of risk of injury to a child. He was given a $100,000 bail and he bonded out. That was in April. But a month later, he was once again arrested and charged with four counts of risk of injury to a minor, second-degree sexual assault, possession of child pornography and dissemination of child porn and "voyeurism with malice."
Gaskin is alleged to have shared sex videos with students, police said.
Gaskin, who was arrested "without incident" in the jail, where he's been since May on a $500,000 bond. In this latest round of charges, his bond was set at $150,000 cash.
