The Coast Guard Academy wrestlers recorded a pair of individual wins but were unable to win the season's final dual meets. The following information was provided by the Coast Guard Academy Athletics Department:
The Bears forfeited four weight classes in each match and lost to WNEC 45-10 and host Johnson & Wales 60-0 in the final dual meets of the season.
Freshman Luke Taylor registered a major decision with a 20-9 win at 165 pounds while sophomore heavyweight John Manganiello registered a pin in 5:17 in the loss to WNEC for the Bears only wins of the night.
The Bears finished the dual meet portion of the season with a record of 1-19.
