Now Open: Registration for Second Trimester of Artist Academy @Hygienic

The Artist Academy presents fundamental business skills to independent artists that range from marketing to grant writing to help them launch and develop their careers as successful business entrepreneurs. This program provides a platform for nationally and regionally recognized art industry leaders to share their knowledge and expertise with artists in order to equip them with the specific tools and resources required to launch or enhance their business.

Targeting the specific needs of artists as business owners, topics that will be covered during the future workshops include: Business Development, Goal Setting, Marketing, Branding, Grant Writing, Legal Issues, Copyright, Contract Negotiations, Tax & Incorporation, and Financial Management.

The Artist Academy workshops are held at Hygienic Galleries once every month culminating in June 2016. The Artist Academy offers a total of three affordable workshops per trimester. Each workshop is two hours long with a maximum of 25 participants. Enrollment is on a first-come, first-serve basis, so sign up today!
