Obituary: Mary A. Nicholson, 95, of New London

Mary A. Nicholson, 95, of New London, passed away on Tuesday, October 31, 2017 at her home.

She was born on August 26, 1922 in Maxton, Robeson County, NC the daughter of the late John W. and Mary (Anderson) McCallum.

Mary was married on April 24, 1926 in Dylan, SC to the late Lonnie Nicholson. Mr. Nicholson passed away on April 30, 1982.

Her survivors include a daughter Pamela J. Nicholson of Norwich. She had also been predeceased by a daughter Judy Hope in 2002.

Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, November 6 at the Mt. Moriah Fire Baptized Holiness Church, 22 Moore Ave, New London.

Her burial will follow in the Cedar Grove Cemetery also in New London.
