ONLY 11 DAYS TO E.L. TOUCH-A-TRUCK BY THE BAY

Don't Miss this Family Fun Festival!

Spend a beautiful day on Niantic Bay, attending the East Lyme Auxiliary Child and Family Agency’s Touch-A-Truck on Saturday, May 21, 2016 from 9 am to 2pm at McCook Point Park in Niantic. Rain date is Sunday, May 22.

There will be a $4.00 per person donation (ages 3 and up) to benefit the Child and Family Agency of Southeastern Connecticut. Children 2yrs old and younger admitted free.

Child & Family’s mission is to promote the well-being and development of all children and their families, in particular to give priority to the unmet needs of children lacking physical, emotional and intellectual care and nurturing.

Programs deal with child abuse prevention, the treatment of family violence, teen pregnancy, children's health care, childcare, parent education and children’s mental health. Last year families were served in 67 towns in New Haven, Middlesex and New London Counties, the Child & Family Agency service region. Touch-A-Truck’s Chairperson is Sally Myers, President of the East Lyme Auxiliary. Sally, who is an outstanding volunteer for the Auxiliary, also serves as a Child and Family Agency Board Member. The success of Touch-A-Truck is in no small measure due to her unflagging dedication and hard work.
