Pedestrian Hit by Bus in New London: Police
The victim was taken to the hospital after being hit by a Southeast Area Transit District bus.
NEW LONDON, CT – Police are investigating after a pedestrian was hit by a bus Monday morning, NBC Connecticut reported.
The accident occurred close to 10 a.m. at the intersection of Hempstead Street and Broad Street, according to NBC Connecticut. Police said the victim was hit by a Southeast Area Transit District bus.
The victim was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries, NBC Connecticut reported. Police are still investigating the situation.
