Police Arrest 2, Seize Cocaine In New London: PD

NEW LONDON, CT - Police said two New London residents were arrested Tuesday after officers served a search and seizure warrant at their Moore Avenue home. As a result of the search, officer seized crack cocaine, heroin and more, police said.

Officers were aided by members of the Connecticut State Police - Statewide Narcotics Task Force-East, according to a release.

Police said officers located and seized an unspecified amount of crack cocaine and heroin, as well as two stun gun tasers and $1,147.

Police said Henry Badillo, 35, and Julie Kozlowski, 28, were charged with possession of narcotics and criminal possession of an electronic defense weapon among other charges.
