Police Seize Heroin, Money During New London Apartment Search

Anyone with information concerning narcotics activity is asked to contact the New London Police Department promptly.

NEW LONDON, CT - Police said they seized heroin, money and more while searching a New London apartment Thursday.

Narcotics officers and members of the Connecticut State Police - Statewide Narcotics Task Force-East executed the warrant at a Blackhall Street apartment, at approximately 7:01 a.m. Officers located and seized 35.2 grams of heroin, packaging equipment and money, according to a release.

Police arrested and charged Bradley Lopez-Nieves, 27, with possession of narcotics (with intent to sell) and possession of narcotics with intent to sell within 1,500 feet of a school.
