Porter and Chester Institute Opens New London Campus: Report

NEW LONDON, CT – Porter and Chester Institute has opened a New London campus in the same building where a local trade school abruptly closed earlier this year, NBC Connecticut reported. The building is located at 470 Bank Street.

According to NBC Connecticut, Ridley-Lowell Business and Technical Institute closed without warning in April, citing financial challenges as its reason for closing. Porter and Chester offers courses in electrical, dental assisting and medical assisting, and has also updated its equipment and classrooms.
