Power Outage Reported At Electric Boat In New London

NEW LONDON, CT — The power was out at Electric Boat in New London on Wednesday morning.

A post from General Dynamics Electric Boat on Facebook reads: "The power is currently out at EB New London, affecting all desk phones, computers and WiFi. Eversource is working on the issue."

The company's three primary locations are in Groton and New London, Conn.; and Quonset Point, R.I.

According to the company's Facebook page, General Dynamics Electric Boat is "America's leading undersea shipbuilder. We are building the Virginia class & designing the Columbia class of submarines."
