Thomas J. DeFranco, 60, of Groton, was born in New Orleans and was known for his love of fishing and playing the guitar.

Gail Eve (Knapp) Wilkinson, 73, of Groton, grew up in Connecticut and enjoyed scrapbooking.

Lauraine Rose White, 84, of Westbrook, was a graduate of Putnam High School and had been employed as a nurse’s assistant.

Ruth Plaisted, 90, of Waterford, spent her career as a nurse in the labor and delivery department at Lawrence + Memorial Hospital.

Zenaida Ningas, 79, of Groton, was born in the Philippines and was a Registered Nurse and worked at the Groton Regency Nursing Home.
