Do your marketing messages get set aside or leave customers wanting to know more? Whether your customers find you on a web page, a postcard mailer, or a face to face handshake, the first few seconds of contact are critical to making a sale. During this workshop, you will be guided through a process that will evaluate your business capabilities, value, and customer desires to find the most impactful descriptors and images for your business.
This workshop is for small business owners, and those starting a business, who want to be more successful at communicating the value of their products or services to the right customers. It is an opportunity to engage with experienced marketing professionals who can help you strengthen your marketing message. This is a “hands-on” workshop; participants who are clear on their business goals and the competitive advantages of their business will gain the most from this interactive workshop.
Workshop Presenter Charles Reese is President of Accelerated Achievements, a growth and performance firm specializing in accelerating sales and operational results by aligning strategy, people, and process. Charles’ experience spans strategy creation, market positioning, sales, process improvement, communication, and executive management and leadership with Ultra Electronics, Hewlett Packard, Netrix Corporation, and GTE Communications. Charles holds an MS degree in Industrial Administration and a BS degree in Electrical Engineering.
