Stabbing in Casino Parking Garage Results in Arrest

A New London man was arrested after allegedly stabbing a man at the Mohegan Sun.

Two men met at the Riverview parking garage at the Mohegan Sun casino in the early morning and allegedly got into a fight that involved a stabbing.

The alleged incident occurred at approximately 3:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 15. New London resident Deacon Dahlquist, 30, allegedly stabbed 26-year-old Norwich resident Thuwesdia Robinson and was arrested on a first-degree assault charge, according to The Day.

Robinson was reportedly found on Ocean Avenue after police stopped a car and found Robinson suffering from an abdomen wound from the alleged stabbing.
