Suspect Charged with Stabbing Man Outside New London Bar Arrested
Police said a man charged with stabbing another man outside a New London bar has been arrested.

NEW LONDON, CT - Police said a man charged with stabbing another man outside a bar in March was arrested Monday on a warrant. His arrest was the result of a police subsequent investigation that has been ongoing since the incident.
Troy Murallo Bergeson, 34, of New London was arrested without incident on charges of assault and violation of probation, police said. A $150,000 cash surety bond was set by the court, according to a release. (To sign up for New London breaking news alerts and more, click here.)
Police said a man was stabbed by another man outside the Dockside Bar on Bank Street in New London on March 17. The incident occurred after a verbal altercation started between two groups of people who were all previously drinking in the bar, police said.

The victim sustained a considerable laceration in the area of his lower back and was transported to a hospital for medical treatment, police said.
