Teen, 17, Missing From New London
A Silver Alert has been issued for the missing teen.
NEW LONDON, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for Gissel Minaya-Tavarez, 17, who was reported missing from New London on Thursday, Dec. 29.
Minaya-Tavarez has brown hair and brown eyes. She is 5-feet tall and weighs 180 pounds.
There was no description available for the last clothes she was seen wearing.
