Three Rivers Community College Hosts Fresh Check Day
Fresh check day was designed to bring the whole campus community together to "check-in" on mental health and wellness.

Three Rivers Community College will host Fresh Check Day— a concept created by The Jordan Porco Foundation and designed to bring the whole campus community together to "check-in" on mental health and wellness and bring awareness of mental health resources and coping strategies. The event is free and has been organized by the Student Programs Department with student clubs, student and staff volunteers, and representatives of The Jordan Porco Foundation.
Three Rivers Community College’s Fresh Check Day will take place on Wednesday, September 21, 2016, from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm. The Cafeteria Green will be transformed into an expo-like atmosphere to bring together interactive exhibits combined with food, prizes, and giveaways. The booths feature peer-to peer messaging in a positive, community-focused setting. This year's event will include driving simulators and gong massages. Food will be provided by Spuds and El Azteca. Should it rain, the event will be held in F117, the Multipurpose Room.
