Waterford Board Decision Allows Live Music At Restaurant

A Zoning Board of Appeals decision will allow live music to continue at a Waterford restaurant, according to a report.

WATERFORD, CT — A Zoning Board of Appeals decision will allow for live music to continue at Filomena's Restaurant at 262 Boston Post Road in Waterford, according to The New London Day. An appeal had been filed against a permit granted to the restaurant, but the board voted unanimously Wednesday to uphold its decision.

The appeal was filed by attorney Mark Kepple of Stonington on behalf of a group of residents.
