KAMCO Partners with Housatonic Habitat in New Milford

KAMCO, Housatonic Habitat, Western Connecticut,

KAMCO Supply Corporation of New England has donated the insulation for Housatonic Habitat for Humanity current construction at 18 Greenfield Court in New Milford, according to Housatonic Habitat's Executive Director Fran Normann.

"We are grateful to KAMCO, a new partner, in donating supplies needed to build our current affordable home in New Milford," Normann said. "Housatonic Habitat works by putting people together. Josh, Jamie and Julian are our first-time homeowners who are striving for a better future. We are excited to welcome them to the Housatonic Habitat family and will provide them with the keys to their home this summer. Volunteers and sponsors partner with us to provide the hundreds of hands that build our homes. These connections inspire us and strengthen our resolve to build ...together." Housatonic Habitat is the local Habitat affiliate which has served Western Connecticut since 1991 and has built 27 homes for 27 families.

KAMCO has a facility in Danbury and distributes a wide range of building materials throughout Connecticut, Upstate New York, Rhode Island and Western Massachusetts.
