'Pay It Forward 'Community Dinner in Dover Plains, NY

On Saturday, March 18th, HRHCare Community Health will be sponsoring a Pay It Forward Community Dinner from 5 to 7 PM at Dover Elementary School. Sponsored in partnership with Eat Smart New York, this dinner is completely free of charge for diners who bring in healthy food items to support a “Nourish Your Neighbor” food drive in Eastern Dutchess. Items to consider donating include brown rice, rolled oats, whole-grain pasta, 100% fruit juice, dried fruit, applesauce, dried beans, peanut butter, nuts, canned vegetables, tomato sauce, and salsa. The free hot meal will include, soup, pork and chicken entrées, rice, vegetables, and dessert.
