Home sales in Newtown between July 19 and 26 included a small ranch in the southwest corner of town and a completely remodeled split level that sold for $140,000 in March.

Bethel saw the sale of a vintage colonial on a large lot, a ranch and two condos, while in Monroe, two mid-size colonials found new owners.
