The Healing Power of Poetry for Children and Teens

Nancy Azzaro, M.S., the host of "Keeping Kids and Teens Safe and Happy" TV show will interview Sandy Carlson, poet and teacher, about the healing power of writing, journaling and especially poetry writing and reading. Sandy Carlson is the Poet Laureate Emeritus of Woodbury and the discussion will revolve around how encouraging children and teens to write poetry can be healing for them and a source of comfort.
