As the seasons change, discover one of nature's most cherished traditions for supporting wellness. In this hands-on workshop, you'll learn about the remarkable benefits of elderberries and the herbs that have long been paired with them, including rosehips, cinnamon, ginger, orange peel, and cloves.
Together, we'll create a nourishing batch of elderberry syrup from start to finish using local honey harvested from the sanctuary's own apiary. Along the way, you'll gain practical knowledge about each ingredient, why they're used, and how they come together to create a delicious seasonal staple.
Each participant will leave with an 8-ounce glass bottle of freshly crafted elderberry syrup, beautifully labeled and ready to enjoy throughout the winter months.
