Classes Canceled Friday At Newtown Public Schools
An overnight snow storm is expected to hit Connecticut.
NEWTOWN, CT — Newtown Public Schools will be closed on Friday, Jan. 7, due to the inclement weather expected to sweep through Connecticut overnight, district officials announced.
"For Friday, January 7, 2022, all Newtown Public Schools will be closed," officials wrote on the district's website. "No remote learning. Central office and staff offices will open at 10:00am."
