CONNECTICUT — Kerri-Lee Mayland, the NBC Connecticut anchor who took a medical leave of absence in April 2020, has returned to the airwaves, reported The Laurel.

In a 2020 post on her social media pages, Mayland wrote that a recurring health condition made it "impossible" to be on-air daily, and her doctors had advised her to take some time to address it.
