Four Homes Sold Last Week, Down from 14
Precipitous drop in home sales, perhaps due to holiday
Four homes sold in Newtown between July 5 and July 11, three medium-sized colonials and one condo in the over-55 Walnut Tree Village. This was a large drop from the 14 sales of the previous week, which could reflect an impact of the holiday weekend on the scheduling of closings.
