Haylie Duff Spotted On Newtown's Edmond Town Hall Theater Red Carpet

NEWTOWN, CT — When you think "red carpet," think Newtown.

The Edmond Town Hall Theater was the site for an exclusive showing of "The Wedding Pact 2 - The Baby Pact" on Wednesday, and star Haylie Duff was on hand for the unspooling.

The film was shot in Fort Wayne, IN, and premiered there on Nov. 21 last year.

The sequel follows 2014's "The Wedding Pact," and centers on Duff's character, a pregnant widow who moves back to her hometown after the death of her husband.

Connecticut native Matt Berman wrote and directed the film, and attended the Newtown premiere. The movie enters regular distribution across video-on-demand platforms on June 14.
