Home Sold on Partridge Lane

On June 15, 2012, MFC Investments, Naples, Fl. sold the dwelling at 4 Partridge Lane  to Vicente and Holly Checchia for $325,000.00.

According to Zillow.com, the property had previously sold for $209,000 in September 2011.  

The 1,738 square foot dwelling was listed as a totally renovated three bedroom, three bath home on a park-like one acre lot in the Taunton area of Newtown.  Additional attractions included a new roof, a new kitchen with granite countertops, and a state of the art propane boiler system.  

According to a chart on the website, the house was valued at $422,000 in 2005, $368,000 in 2007.  It had been listed at $339,850 in January, 2012.

Newtown Town Clerk reports the house sold for $325,000, which represents more than a 60 percent increase from the previous selling price.
