A Newtown juvenile was charged with driving while intoxicated, the News Times reports.
According to the paper, after police received reports of an erratic driver on Saturday night, the juvenile was stopped for a traffic violation on Brushy Hill Road.
The juvenile was charged with operation of a motor vehicle by a minor while having an elevated blood alcohol level, possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana and making a restricted turn, the paper reports.
