Newtown and Beyond Photography and Poem Exhibit Reception

On Friday Sept. 26th there will be an opening reception of the “Newtown and Beyond” Photography Exhibit at the Newtown Municipal Center presented by the Flagpole Photographers Camera Club.  The reception runs from 7:00 to 8:30pm and the public is invited. Light refreshments will be served.  On display will be over 130 photographic images along with 50 poems written by students at Newtown High School.  The poems titled “My Hometown” will be interspersed among the photos.  The exhibit will be available for viewing until October 30th during regular Municipal Center business hours.
