Newtown Apartment Construction to Begin in Spring
180 units will be coming to Hawleyville soon.

A new 180-unit apartment complex in the Hawleyville section of Newtown is set to begin this spring.
Sewer systems in the area could be installed as early as spring, according to the News-Times. The move helped encourage development in the area.

Officials approved the project that will sit on an 18-acre plot off Hawleyville Road. It also includes a diner and a new building for Grace Family Church.
Rents are projected to start around $1,400 per month. There are units ranging from one bedroom to three bedrooms.
