Newtown Arrests Include DUI, Assault

Feb. 3

• Nadine Predzimirski, 41, of Oxford was charged with operating under the influence and making a restricted turn.
• Dawshawn Thomas, 23, of Bridgeport was charged with second-degree failure to appear, operating an unregistered vehicle, improper use of plates, driving without insurance and operating a vehicle in violation of license classification.

Feb. 6

• Dean Johnson, 45, of Newtown was charged with disorderly conduct.

Feb. 7

• Jonathan Joly, 26, of Long Island City, N.Y. was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct from a domestic incident that occurred on Jan. 1, according to police.

Feb. 8

• Danielle Ferguson, 29, of Waterbury was charged with second-degree failure to appear.

Feb. 11

• Thomas Goclowski, 20,of Sandy Hook was charged with two counts of violation of probation.
