Newtown Continues To Seek Volunteers To Fill Political Vacancies
The volunteers must be either unaffiliated voters or registered Republicans, according to First Selectman Daniel Rosenthal.
NEWTOWN, CT — Newtown continues to seek volunteers to fill vacancies on a few commissions and committees, according to First Selectman Daniel Rosenthal.
In recent weeks, Rosenthal has announced vacancies on the following boards:
- The Economic & Development Commission has a vacancy available to a Republican or unaffiliated voter. Resumes due by August 13.
- The Inland Wetland Commission has a vacancy available to a Republican or unaffiliated voter.
- The Pension Committee has a vacancy available to a Republican or unaffiliated voter.
