Newtown Father Fighting With Stepfather for Child Custody
It's an unusual case where a biological father and stepfather are fighting for custody of children.
An unusual case has made its way to the state Superior Court after a Newtown father is fighting his childrens’ stepfather for custody.
A 17-year-old girl and 14-year-old boy are the children in the case, according to the News-Times. Names aren’t being disclosed.
The mother died from breast cancer in October. She had divorced the husband of her biological children in 2005. She moved to Fairfield and was remarried.
