Newtown Lawsuit Over Shooter's Mother's Estate Settled

The settlement over the $1.5 million estate has been completed.

The families of 16 Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting victims have settled a lawsuit to split-up $1.5 million from Nancy Lanza’s estate.

The settlement was reached Dec. 17, according to the Danbury News-Times.

The lawsuit alleged that Nancy Lanza “knew or should have known that (Adam Lanza’s) mental and emotional condition made him a danger to others.”
