Newtown PD Warns of Distracted Driving Crackdown

NEWTOWN, CT — Police are advising that they will be making a point of enforcing Connecticut’s distracted driving law during April.

The roadways out along Route 25 and Route 302 are receiving particular attention.

Motorists tagged with a distracted driving violation could be liable for fines up to $500.
