Newtown Police Blotter Nov. 29-Dec. 11

NEWTOWN, CT — Below are recent incident and arrest reports from Newtown Police between Nov. 29 and Dec. 11.

• A woman was injured in a Nov. 29 rear-end crash on South Main Street. The other driver was issued a verbal warning.
• A vehicle snapped a utility pole on Key Rock Road near Great Ring Road Dec. 6. The operator was issued an infraction and no one was injured.
• Manuel Asuncion, 53, of Danbury was charged with DUI and motor vehicle violations after being pulled over Dec. 7. He was also arrested on a failure to appear warrant for another DUI case.
• Alexanna Jacobsen, 23, of Newtown was charged with DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia and motor vehicle violations after a Dec. 11 crash near Glover Avenue and South Main Street.
