Newtown's Two Highest Price Housing Sales This Year

The house is on two acres of property and has a pool. It was built in 2005.

A 5,217square foot, 1940s colonial, on 25 Hundred Acres Road, stretches along the long driveway that leads into the 11 acre property. Only 70 days on the market, the house was originally listed at $1,595,000 and sold for $1,350,000. The 12 room house had five bedrooms and four full baths and two half baths.
