Nancy Lanza, the mother of shooter Adam Lanza, reportedly had policy worth more than $1 million on the home. She was killed by her son the same day as the shooting at the school that claimed the lives of 20 children and six adults.
The lawsuit alleges that Nancy Lanza allowed her son to have access to firearms despite knowing he had emotional and mental conditions.
