Real Estate Sales Slows At Start of New Year
It was a relatively quiet week in terms of sales at the Town Clerk's office.
A handful of home sales were recorded with the town this past week, a dip from the prior period, which saw a frenzy of activity.
The residential sales ranged from $75,000 for an Algonquin Trail property to $725,000 for a 3,200 square-foot home on Chestnut Hill Road.
