A Wallingford man who allegedly made harrassing calls to Sandy Hook Elementary School also called Hawley School and the Newtown Middle School, according to police and school officials.
Timothy Rogalski, 30, who allegedly left four phone messages at Sandy Hook elementary school yesterday was ordered by a judge today to undergo a mental health evaluation, according to NBC Connecticut.

Newtown School Superintendent Dr. Joseph Erardi said the first call came in yesterday morning to his office at 6:45 a.m. and Erardi said the man seemed very “off-centered.” The calls were then “relentless,” Erardi said, as Rogalski allegedly continued to contact the other Newtown schools saying the tragedy was a “hoax” and ranting about gun control legislation.
Newtown Police Lt. Rich Robinson said one private business in town was also targeted by Rogalski yesterday and added that he expects more reports of harassing phone calls to come in today as news gets out about Rogalski’s arrest.

Robinson said that while no threats were made by Rogalski, the language used and the continuation of calls constituted harassment.
“He’s a conspiracy theorist who believes that it’s (Sandy Hook tragedy) not a true event,” Robinson said.
Because the Sandy Hook school is being operated out of a school in Monroe, Conn., Monroe police made the initial arrest. When Newtown police arrived in Monroe to process Rogalski with additional harassment charges, Rogalski refused to be fingerprinted and refused to answer basic booking questions used for identification.
During a court appearance today, Rogalski said, “I don’t think I said anything that horrible,” according to NBC. His public defender urged him not to speak.
Rogalski was arrested at his home in Wallingford and charged with five counts of harassment and one count of disorderly conduct.
Rogalski also reportedly believes that the Boston Marathon bombing was a hoax as well, according to NBC.
He is being held in lieu of $50,000 bail. His next court date is April 22.
