Sandy Hook School Shooter's Seized Documents Will Remain Secret: Report
A judge made the ruling on Friday to keep the documents private, denying the Freedom of Information Act request from The Hartford Courant.

NEWTOWN, CT — Documents seized from the home of the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooter will remain secret, according to The Hartford Courant.
Judge Carl J. Schuman overturned a ruling by the state Freedom of Information Commission ordering the shooter's personal documents to be released to The Hartford Courant after a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request, the report stated.

Twenty-year-old Adam Lanza was identified as the gunman who killed 20 children, six adults, his mother and himself on December 14, 2012. The Yogananda Street home he shared with his mother Nancy Lanza where police took the documents from has since been demolished.
