They join the families of two other victims who files lawsuits against Jones last month in Texas.

NEWTOWN, CT -- Six families of victims killed at Sandy Hook Elementary School and an FBI agent who responded to the scene filed a defamation lawsuit against Infowars radio host Alex Jones, the financial network that supports him, frequent Infowars guest Wolfgang Halbig and Cory Sklanka, an associate of Halbig, NBC Connecticut is reporting. The suit was filed in Bridgeport Superior Court in Connecticut on Wednesday.

They join the families of two other victims, Jesse Lewis and Noah Pozner, both killed in the 2012 mass shooting, who filed lawsuits last month in in Travis County, Texas, where Jones' media company is headquartered. Those suits allege that Jones' on-air insistence the shooting was a "false flag" operation and the parents "crisis actors" resulted in the families' defamation and their receiving death threats.
