Low pressure stalled over Nova Scotia slowly drifts eastward and weakens through the weekend into early next week. High pressure moves into the Northeast by mid week which pushes moisture into the midwest from the Dakotas to Georgia. This moisture makes its way into the Northeast towards the end of the week along with milder air.
