Stationary front from South Carolina to Iowa. Second stationary front with waves along the Gulf Coast stretching from Florida to Colorado. Another frontal system extending from a large North Central Canadian storm to northern California.

Thundershowers across central Florida. Widely scattered rain from Utah to Texas. Area of rain from South Dakota to Montana with some snow over Glacier National Park.

High pressure drifts over the Northeast holding the area under a cool dome of air. By midweek, the system moves offshore switching the air flow from a southerly direction providing a summer like pattern. A cold front passes through New England at the end of the week with more moisture returning to the Northeast over the weekend. This run of the GFS is less enthusiastic about the moisture.
