High pressure off the Mid Atlantic Coast is providing a southwesterly summer type flow over the Eastern third of the country. A cold front slicing through the Great Lakes to the east Texas/Mexican border. High pressure over the Rockies with a stationary front snaking through the Southwest from New Mexico to the NV/CA border.

High pressure meanders off the Eastern Seaboard providing an onshore flow of warm moist air over the eastern third of the country through the weekend with a series of disturbances moving across the Northeast. A more organized low forms early next week and heads up the Eastern Seaboard.
